7-10 Day Hunt (No Additional Charge for Added Days)

Hunt with an ILG reviewed outfitter in Alaska on a 10-day rifle hunt. The hunt will take place in the Northern Brooks Range on an unforgettable experience. Includes air transport & extraction of you, your gear, and your harvested game to & from the departure lake & field location. This is a self guided hunt with no trophy fees. Success rates are over 90% in prior years. The outfitter has camp equipment rentals available and open to additional guests at the normal fee. Hunters flying in from other states generally fly commercially to Fairbanks. They then rent a vehicle, Iridium Satellite texting device, purchase their food, supplies, license/big game locking tag and lastly drive to the base camp to spend the night. When it’s time to depart for your hunt, you will drive your vehicle one mile north of camp to departure from the lake. Once your harvest is complete you may request to return. Early extraction is possible when weather and scheduling permit.

Prior to departure, the team will focus on your safety and preparations for the highest likelihood of success. Additional tags for wolf and wolverine may be purchased and harvested with no additional fee for these specific species. Many clients also bring collapsible fishing equipment to take advantage of the lakes and streams that run through the vast landscape of the tundra. Some even bring a small rimfire rifle for a lunch of freshly harvested ptarmigan.
